The "La Pipaccia" series is a theme series of 16 pipes which were introduced in 1996. They are based on pipes which were smoked by fishermen and mariners. Pesaro, Ser Jacopo's home on the Adriatic has a strong association with the sea. Seamen from North Africa, the Balkans and other points have made Pesaro a port of call. Giancarlo Guidi has distilled their influences in the La Pipaccia series. As all Ser Jacopo pipes, the La Pipaccia series is made in very limited numbers.
